● Each group of tool holders or wire holders drives the rack and pinion mechanism through a servo motor, with precise positioning and easy maintenance.
● This machine has three types of crimping: convex-to-concave wheel, convex-to-cam and convex-to-flat. The upper and lower crimping wheels are driven by the upper and lower servos, and the indentation forms can be combined freely.
● The upper creasing wheel and the upper knife wheel are driven by frequency conversion control and synchronized with the production line. The creasing depth is fine-tuned by servo motor control, which can accurately fine-tune the indentation depth.
● Knife-line structure, the minimum line-pressing distance of a single machine is 0.
● The paper cutting is a combination of the upper knife structure and the lower support comb, and the lower support comb is a carbon fiber structure, which is durable and maintenance-free.
